June 22, 2016 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., June 22, 2016, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council Vice President Tuohy presiding. Upon <br /> roll call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members <br /> Moore, Franklin, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Bader was expected to be a few minutes late. Council Members Roberts <br /> and Murphy were excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Bader entered the Council Chambers at 12:31 p.m. <br /> The minutes of the June 15, 2016, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson welcomed the Association of Washington Cities <br /> Annual Conference to Everett. He also reported on his attendance at <br /> several neighborhood meetings and the Library Board meeting last week. <br /> The Mayor thanked citizens for their support and input with the safe <br /> streets initiative. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader echoed the Mayor's comments about the AWC <br /> Conference and the neighborhood meetings. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Library Board meeting held this Tuesday. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> 204 <br />
