June 22, 2016 <br /> Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program in the <br /> amount of$45,593.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> members Roberts and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RFP AWARD — SCOTT HIGH PRESSURE SELF-CONTAINED <br /> BREATHING APPARATUS EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Franklin, to award Request for Proposal 2016-030 for Scott <br /> High Pressure Self Contained Breathing Apparatus equipment to <br /> Municipal Emergency Services in the amount of $724,190.38 <br /> including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> members Roberts and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — IMPROVEMENTS TO PUGET SOUND OUTFALL 1 <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement <br /> between the City and the Port of Everett regarding improvements to <br /> Puget Sound Outfall 1, substantially in the form attached, for the <br /> construction of combined sewer overflow piping. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> members Roberts and Murphy who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 207 <br />
