Improvement fees for any Contract Year subsequent to the second Contract Year are subject to change and will be specified by SunGard Public Sector in an annual invoice. Should additions to the number of licensed users or the Component Systems occur during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, SunGard Public Sector shall adjust the fee to reflect the applicable changes and provide CUSTOMER with written notice of such fee change.
