Compliance with these goals and time tables is enforced by the <br /> 23 Office of Federal Contract compliance Programs. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The Contractor's compliance with the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 <br /> 26 CFR Part 60-4 shall be based on its implementation of the Equal Opportunity <br /> 27 Clause, specific affirmative action obligations required by the specifications set <br /> 28 forth in 41 CFR 60-4.3(a), and its efforts to meet the goals. The hours of minority <br /> 29 and female employment and training must be substantially uniform throughout the <br /> 30 length of the contract, in each construction craft and in each trade, and the <br /> 31 Contractor shall make a good faith effort to employ minorities and women evenly <br /> 32 on each of its projects. The transfer of minority or female employees or trainees <br /> 33 from Contractor to Contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of <br /> 34 meeting the Contractor's goal shall be a violation of the contract, the Executive <br /> 35 Order and the regulations in 41 CFR Part 60-4. Compliance with the goals will be <br /> 36 measured against the total work hours performed. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 3. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Office of Federal Contract <br /> 39 Compliance Programs (OFCCP) within 10 working days of award of any <br /> 40 construction subcontract in excess of $10,000 or more that are Federally funded, at <br /> 41 any tier for construction work under the contract resulting from this solicitation. The <br /> 42 notification shall list the name, address and telephone number of the <br /> 43 Subcontractor; employer identification number of the Subcontractor; estimated <br /> 44 dollar amount of the subcontract; estimated starting and completion dates of the <br /> 45 subcontract; and the geographical area in which the contract is to be performed. <br /> 46 The notification shall be sent to: <br /> 47 <br /> 48 U.S. Department of Labor <br /> 49 Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Pacific Region <br /> 50 Attn: Regional Director <br /> 51 San Francisco Federal Building <br /> HAWTHORNE ELEMENTARY <br /> SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL . <br /> FED AID#SRTS-0420(021);COE#3540 SP-30 March 16,2016 <br />
