ORDINANCE NO. 2588-02 /1/. ..L11401gi <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "Holly Drive Pedestrian Improvements", Fund 303, <br /> Program 058, to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and pedestrian safety <br /> improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a Federal grant for <br /> pedestrian improvements to Holly Drive from 100th Street S.W. to Airport Road; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 058, entitled <br /> "Holly Drive Pedestrian Improvements", to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 058, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$338,896.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 058, "Holly Drive <br /> Pedestrian Improvements", as follows: <br /> A.
