Ojrierr ORDINANCE NO. 2590-02 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the Northerly East/West alley located in Block 631, Plat of Everett, Div. "I" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. 5092 duly adopt and fix the 26th day of September, 2001 at 8:30A.M., as the date of public hearing; and WHEREAS, the puflic hearing was continued on September 26th, 2001, and was resumed on December 12 , 2001; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, the issues were publicly presented; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it would not vacate the right-of- way if a utility easement could not be retained; and WHEREAS, the petitioners applied for said right of way vacation prior to the City of Everett's adoption of ResolutionpNo. 5083 amending the compensation requirements for right of way vacations; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said right-of-way resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described right-of-way: All that portion of Block 631, Plat of Everett, Division "I", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume Sof Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish County, Washington; described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of said block; THENCE, East along the South lines of Lots 1 through 11, inclusive, to the Southeast corner of said Lot 11; THENCE, South along the Southerly projected East line of said Lot 11 to the Northeast corner of Lot 32 of said Block 631; THENCE, West along the North lines of Lots 32 and 12, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 12 of said block; THENCE, North along the
