RESOLUTION No. 7 0 07 E . <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing <br /> their disposition. <br /> Whereas,the City owns 94 each Scott AP50 SCBA Air-Paks and 200 <br /> each Scott 30-minute SCBA Air Bottles; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing <br /> or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a <br /> sealed bid is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated <br /> value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above- <br /> referenced vehicles and equipment by sealed bid. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett: <br /> 1. The 94 each Scott AP50 SCBA Air-Paks and 200 each Scott 30-minute <br /> SCBA Air Bottles are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
