` (18) CB 1603-15— 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Drug Paraphernalia and Marijuana, repealing Ordinance 1653-89, Section 8 (Chapter 10.35.080 EMC). (19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Geo Engineers for the Lake Chaplain Road culvert replacement project in an amount not to exceed $102,685.00. (20) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Landau Associates, Inc. for the Chaplain Creek Culverts Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $15,610.00. (21) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the Alderwood Water and Wastewater District for payment of a fencing and gate project. (22) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 with McClure & Sons, Inc. for the Riverfront Development Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Improvements Project in the amount of $54,899.63 plus Washington State sales tax. (23) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Snohomish County Fire District # 3 Equipment Loan Agreement for the Public Safety Fair on April 23, 2016, at no cost to the City.
