Term Bonds mean any Parity Bonds identified as such in the ordinance or ordinance authorizing the issuance thereof, the payment of which is provided for by a requirement for mandatory deposits of money into a Sinking Fund Account in the Revenue Bond Fund. 2002 Debt Service Subaccount means the 2002 City of Everett Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Debt Service Subaccount created within the Revenue Bond Fund pursuant to Section 8(a) of this ordinance. Underwriter means Banc of America Securities LLC, Seattle, Washington. Rules of Interpretation.
