A consultant is under contract to establish minimum landscaping plan standards and prepare graphic illustrations of land division standards for the manual. Work on the design manual is still underway. This request will carry forward$2,845 to cover the cost of the consultant's remaining work in 2002. Sound Transit has provided funds to develop a land use plan for the area up to 1/4-mile from the station. The funds requested to be reappropriated are for the area beyond the 1/4-mile limit. This request will carry forward $50,000 to cover the cost of a consultant to develop this plan in 2002, following completion of the Sound Transit work,and printing costs for the plan.
