February 8, 2012 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED - MUNICIPAL COURT PROBATION LEASE <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen, to authorize the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to <br /> the lease with Trinity Lutheran College for Municipal Court Probation <br /> space at 2802 Wetmore Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED - PURCHASE AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT/ALLEN BUICK PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 9 to <br /> the property purchase agreement with Touchstone Corporation for <br /> the purchase and redevelopment of the Allen Buick property <br /> extending the project approvals period for nine months. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-ADVERTISING <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Advertising <br /> Agreement with SuperMedia, LLC in the amount of $7,306.20 to <br /> purchase yellow page ads in the local telephone directory. <br /> 38 <br />
