In order to install and reconstruct <br /> PSO No. 6 and utilize the granted easement area, it will be necessary for the City to have a <br /> temporary construction easement over certain portions of the Port's property. For these <br /> reasons,the Port has agreed to grant this Agreement to the City. <br /> In consideration of mutual benefits to be derived and in consideration of and subject to <br /> the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Grantor hereby <br /> conveys and warrants to the City, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, and <br /> during the period of initial installation and construction of a combined sanitary and <br /> stormwater transmission pipeline under the terms and provisions of the Agreement, as <br />
