15.6 Exhibits. Except where expressly provided to the contrary, as used in this Agreement, the word "day" <br /> shall mean "calendar day," and the computation of time shall include all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for purposes of <br /> determining time periods specified in this Agreement. If the final date of any period of time set out in any provision of this <br /> Agreement falls upon a Saturday or a Sunday or a legal holiday,then in such event,the time of such period shall be extended to <br /> the next day that is not a Saturday,Sunday or legal holiday.
