In order to meet the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and protect , <br /> listed species, you may conduct the authorized activities from July 15 through <br /> October 15 in any year this permit is valid. You shall not conduct work <br /> authorized by this permit from October 16 through July 14 in any year this <br /> permit is valid. <br /> c. You shall implement and abide by the Everett Riverfront Redevelopment , <br /> Project: North Wetland Complex Enhancement, Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, Archaeological Resources Monitoring Plan &Inadvertent <br /> Discovery Plan (ARMP/IDP), dated February 2015. A professional <br /> archaeologist shall be on-site to monitor for the presence of archaeological <br /> resources as specified in the ARMP/IDP. <br /> d. You shall prepare and submit a summary report of the findings of the <br /> archaeological monitoring(positive or negative)to the U.S. Army Corps of <br /> Engineers, Seattle District, Regulatory Branch within 60 days after monitoring <br /> has been completed. The report must prominently display the reference number <br /> NWS-2014-00447. ' <br /> e. If human remains,historic resources, or archaeological resources are <br /> encountered during construction, all ground disturbing activities shall cease in <br /> the immediate area and you shall immediately(within one business day of <br /> discovery)notify the U.S. <br /> .a. Aliy Corps of Engineers (Corps), Seattle District, <br /> Regulatory Branch. You shall perform any work required by the Corps in <br /> accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and <br /> Corps regulations. <br /> We have reviewed your project pursuant to the requirements of the Endangered Species Act, I <br /> the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and the National Historic <br /> Preservation Act. We have determined this project complies with the requirements of these laws <br /> provided you comply with all of the permit general and special conditions. <br /> The authorized work complies with the Washington State Department of Ecology's <br /> (Ecology)Water Quality Certification and the Coastal Zone Management Act requirements for <br /> this NWP. No further coordination with Ecology is required. <br /> In the project area,we have determined that Snohomish River and its adjacent wetlands are <br /> waters of the U.S. We have completed an approved jurisdictional determination for your project <br /> area dated May 30, 2014, which can be found on our website at: www.nws.usace.army.mil , <br /> select"Regulatory Branch,Permit Information",then"Jurisdictional Determinations". If you <br /> object to this determination, you may request an administrative appeal under our regulations (33 <br /> Code of Federal Regulations, Part 331) as described in the enclosed Appeal Process Fact Sheet I <br />
