1 <br /> iCITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> CONTRACT PROVISIONS FOR <br /> RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> NORTH WETLAND COMPLEX <br /> WORK ORDER#RD-3312 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the Riverfront Development North Wetland Complex <br /> project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, <br /> Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. <br /> At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Public Hearing Room on <br /> ' the 8th floor of the Wall Street Building. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this project is $455,000.00. <br /> The work includes, but is not limited to: wetland enhancements, including construction of tidally- <br /> influenced channels and habitat berms within an existing degraded wetland. These channels will <br /> connect to the Snohomish River through excavation of the existing river dike. Removal of creosote- <br /> treated wood piling at these dike breaches is also included. <br /> Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project may be viewed on line at <br /> http://www.everettwa.gov/319/Bid-Opportunities. Plan sets may also be purchased for the cost of <br /> reproduction at Bill's Blueprint(425) 259-0859 at 2920 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. No <br /> bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof The City further reserves the <br /> right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
