/Op ORDINANCE NO. 2617-02 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way, 112th Street S.W. to Airport Road", Fund 303, Program 036, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2326-98. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need for improvements to Evergreen Way between 112th Street S.W. and Airport Road; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for State Grant funds for this project; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 036, entitled "Evergreen Way, 112th Street S.W. to Airport Road", to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2326-98. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 036, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $1,121,751.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 036, "Evergreen Way, 112th Street S.W. to Airport Road", as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design and Right-of-Way $ 218,815.00 Construction 902,936.00 Total Estimated Cost $ 1,121,751.00
