Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The plans submitted have three sheets labeled"A02", two of which appear to be the <br /> same sheet. The third is the same except for a detail that is not included. <br /> 2. Provide gravity calculations for cantilevered 2 x 8 deck joists at the entry. <br /> 3. Incorporate all engineering into plans including beam sizes and location, footings and <br /> ledger details. The lag screws or bolts in deck ledgers and band joists shall be placed in <br /> accordance with Table R507.2.1 and FiguresR507.2.1 (1) and R507.2.1 (2). Engineer <br /> shall review plans to verify plans are consistent with the engineering calculations. <br /> 4. Show ventilation requirements on plans including minimum 100 CFM range hood and <br /> minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan in bathrooms, laundry and similar rooms. <br /> 5. Provide lateral connections for new deck per Section R507.1 and R507.2.3 International <br /> Residential Code (IRC).
