Record minutes and distribute copies to participants within two days after meeting, with <br /> electronic copies Engineer,City,Property Owner and those affected by decisions made. <br /> PART 2-PRODUCTS-Not Used <br /> PART 3 -EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 ALTERATION PROCEDURES <br /> A. Entire facility will be occupied for normal operations during progress of construction. I <br /> Cooperate with Property Owner in scheduling operations to minimize conflict and to permit <br /> continuous usage. <br /> 1. Perform Work not to interfere with operations of occupied areas. r <br /> 2. Keep utility and service outages to a minimum and perform only after written approval of <br /> Property Owner. <br /> 3. Clean Property Owner-occupied areas daily. Clean spillage, overspray, and heavy <br /> collection of dust in Property Owner-occupied areas immediately. <br /> B. Materials: As specified in product Sections; match existing products with new products for <br /> patching and extending Work. <br /> C. Employ skilled and experienced installer to perform alteration and renovation Work. <br /> D. Cut,move,or remove items as necessary for access to alterations and renovation Work. Replace <br /> and restore at completion. <br /> E. Remove unsuitable material not marked for salvage, including rotted wood, corroded metals, <br /> and deteriorated masonry and concrete. Replace materials as specified for finished Work. <br /> F. Remove debris and abandoned items from area and from concealed spaces. , <br /> G.
