Notice to Bidders: Bidders may submit bids for Project as described in this Document. Submit <br /> bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. <br /> B. Project Identification: UP3583 PUGET SOUND OUTFALL NO. 6(PSO6)REROUTE. <br /> 1. Project Location: 2900 TERMINAL AVE,EVERETT,WA 98201. <br /> C. Owner: City of Everett, 3200 Cedar St,Everett,WA 98201. <br /> D. Engineer: Arnie Roshak,P.E., City of Everett Public Works,425-257-7249. <br /> E. Property Owner: Port of Everett,P.O.Box 538,Everett,WA 98206. <br /> F. Project Description: The Project includes, but is not limited to: construction of new combined <br /> sewer outfall pipe consisting of approximately 182 LF of polypropylene pipe, replacement of <br /> flap gate and two new manholes, including one pile supported manhole. Construction of the <br /> new combined sewer pipe will include demolition and replacement of bulkhead wall tie backs, <br /> where existing tie backs conflict with installation of the new pipe. The project is located within <br /> the Port of Everett Property. <br /> 1. Engineer's estimate for this Project is$583,160. <br /> 1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING <br /> A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the Bid Time on the Bid Date at the Office of the <br /> City Clerk at the location given below. Bids will not be received thereafter. <br /> 1. Bid Date: June 14,2016. <br /> 2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time. <br /> 3. Location: 8th Floor Hearing Room,2930 Wetmore Ave,Everett,WA 98201. <br /> B. All bids must be submitted on upon the forms provided by Owner for this purpose. <br /> C. At the Bid Time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Office of the City <br /> IClerk. <br /> D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or <br /> informalities. <br /> E.
