Prepare up to three (3) concept plans or diagrams with associated preliminary budgets <br /> for the Project area based on the site visit and the City's programming and design <br /> criteria. <br /> 7. Present concept plan(s) via conference call to City and Consultant's project team for <br /> review, comments and approvals. <br /> 8. Revise preferred concept plan based on Consultant and City's comments. <br /> 9. Based on the Consultant's and City's comments and instructions, select one final concept <br /> plan to establish the Project's goals and budget. <br /> 10. Prepare a detailed project schedule/work plan. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Summary of project goals and desired outcomes, including the City's critical success <br /> factors. <br /> 2. Project schedule/work plan. <br /> 3. Up to three (3) preliminary concept diagrams and preliminary budgets for the Project in <br /> designated work area (Property). <br /> 4. Based on the City approval, a finalized illustrative concept plan of the golf course <br /> highlighting areas of improvement. <br /> Task 2 -Schematic Design <br /> Objectives <br /> 1. Advance the design concepts prepared in Task 1 and integrate the City approved <br /> Concept Plan with the design concepts produced by Consultant in the Pre-Design and <br /> under direction of Gary Sayre and Consultant. Identify options or alternatives, evaluate <br /> them and recommend a course of action. <br /> 2. Provide opportunity for input from Premier Golf Centers (PGC). <br /> 3. Recommended priorities and strategies for implementation of remodel work. <br /> Tasks <br /> 1.
