S//:Alt4dgi <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 2633-02 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "West <br /> Marine View Drive -10th Street to 18th Street," Fund 303, Program 010, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2056-95. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "West Marine View Drive -10th Street to 18th <br /> Street,"Fund 303,Program 010, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to <br /> be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"West Marine View Drive -10th Street to 18th Street,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 010, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "West Marine View Drive -10th Street to 18th Street," Fund <br /> 303, Program 010, are as follows: <br /> A.
