We observed the installation of the six drilled shafts on a full-time basis <br /> between September 15 and 21,2015. The shafts were installed to the proper depth and generally <br /> within the anticipated soil conditions based on comparison of soil cuttings from the pier <br /> installation and review of nearby soil exploration logs. <br /> We have completed our work at the site. To the best of our knowledge,the construction related to the <br /> above-referenced items generally conformed to the recommendations contained in our geotechnical <br /> report,our input during construction,and the project plans.
