./#41/or, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2640-09 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way, 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW," Fund 303, Program <br /> 020, as established by Ordinance No. 2175-96. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way, 108th Street SW to 112th Street <br /> SW,"Fund 303, Program 020, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to <br /> be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way, 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW," <br /> Fund 303, Program 020, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Evergreen Way, 108th Street SW to 112th Street SW,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 020, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 630,963.00 <br /> Total Cost $ 630,963.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> TM Grant (State) $ 324,880.00 <br /> LID 734 252,420.00 <br /> Fund 157 —Traffic Mitigation 117,503.00 <br /> Fund 301 —Arterial Streets 10,000.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 630,963.00 <br />
