July 27, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — PURCHASE OF A MCCLOSKEY 516R-T TRACK <br /> MOUNTED TROMMEL SCREEN <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to adopt Resolution No. 7012 waiving competitive bidding <br /> requirements and authorizing the purchase of a McCloskey 516R-T <br /> Track Mounted Trommel Screen from Northwest Equipment <br /> Systems, LLC for $223,860.00 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT —THE COLLECTION OF LEASEHOLD EXCISE TAX <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> License Agreement to use City Property with Dog Day Afternoon for <br /> the collection of leasehold excise tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — INSURANCE BROKERAGE AND ADVISORY <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Alliant Employee Benefits to provide insurance <br /> 244 <br />
