ORDINANCE NO. 2649-02 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "1998 <br /> Everett Preservation Projects," Fund 303, Program 035, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2300-98. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "1998 Everett Preservation Projects," Fund 303, <br /> Program 035, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to <br /> be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "1998 Everett Preservation Projects," Fund 303, Program <br /> 035, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "1998 Everett Preservation Projects," Fund 303, Program <br /> 035, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 629,230.00 <br /> Total Cost $ 629,230.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Federal Grant P-STPUL-TA96(032) $ 219,347.00 <br /> Fund 119-Street Improvements 409,883.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $ 629,230.00 <br />
