ORDINANCE NO. 265L=1:12 .111 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "Marine View <br /> Drive, Alverson Bridge to North Broadway," Fund 305, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2358-98. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Marine View Drive, Alverson Bridge to North <br /> Broadway," Fund 305, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br /> received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Marine View Drive, Alverson Bridge to North Broadway," Fund <br /> 305, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Marine View Drive, Alverson Bridge to North Broadway," Fund <br /> 305, are as follows: <br /> A.
