The owner allowed inspection but no photos of the interior. He said the former owner <br /> did a substantial addition which added basement bedrooms. He says the house has 7 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 2 on main <br /> floor and 3 in the basement. I saw a second kitchen in the basement also.The Assessor's record indicates a 1 story <br /> structure with a basement and 4 bedrooms with no finished space in the basement. Can you do a check of permit <br /> history and see if there is evidence the basement and upper floor were finished with permits? <br /> Paul- <br /> The RP claimed they are also creating a new driveway.
