Here is the story. <br /> 1. 11/14 2014 we received a complaint for Grading and Road building without permits at 7214 Larimer Road. In addition <br /> the complaint indicated that there is construction of an outbuilding without permits. <br /> 2. 11/14/2014 construction inspector Randy Allen visited the site to observe the concerns. Inspector Allen observed <br /> that substantial excavation and grading work and road building is taking place on the property.This work is occurring <br /> without required permits. <br /> 3. Inspector Allen posted the property at the entrance with a stop work order and photographed the activity on site. <br /> 4. An attempt to contact the owner or occupants of the dwelling on site was not successful. <br /> 5. A portion of the work is occurring in the public right of way. Some of the work is occurring on a steep and sensitive <br /> slope,this unpermitted work is being conducted in violation of section 1-7 (Permits) of the Design and Construction <br /> standards and specifications of the City of Everett. In addition, consultation with planning department staff indicates <br /> that this work within the steep and sensitive slope is being conducted in violation of land use codes. <br /> Reports, photos and documents will be entered into the CRW records system.
