Section 2. Section 2(B) of Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01 (EMC 15.16.050.A), as <br /> amended, which reads as follows: <br /> Decisions included. <br /> A. Review Process I applications include the following minor administrative decisions: <br /> 1. Accessory dwelling unit; <br /> 2. Alternative methods of architectural modulation in the M-1 zone as provided in Section <br /> 19.27.020(A)(2) (e); <br /> 3. Authorization to exceed maximum fence height in front yard setback as provided by Section <br /> 19.39.070(A)(1); <br /> 4. Buffer reduction for streams, wetlands, geological hazard areas if categorically exempt under <br /> SEPA; <br /> 5. Certification of nonconforming lot, use, building, or parking; <br /> 6. Commercial daycare in business zones except in the M-S zone; <br /> 7. Design guideline approvals for proposals categorically exempt under SEPA when no <br /> modification of development standards proposed; <br /> 8. Development of previously altered ESAs when the proposal is categorically exempt under <br /> SEPA (Section 19.33D.580 or 19.37.250); <br /> 9. Determination of completeness (for applications); <br /> 10. Interpretations by the director of applicable land use requirements and development <br /> regulations; <br /> 11. Home occupations permits; <br /> 12. Land divisions, as follows: <br /> a. Binding site plan with previously approved site plan; <br /> b. Boundary line adjustments; <br /> c. Final binding site plan; <br /> d. Final binding site plan with site plan approval; <br /> e. Final cluster short subdivision; <br /> f. Final residential condominium binding site plan; <br /> g. Final short subdivision of nine lots or less; <br /> h. Final short subdivision alteration or vacation; <br /> i. Final short subdivision with nonconforming structures; <br /> j. Minor amendment to land division; <br /> 13. Land uses in WRM zone which are consistent with adopted management plan and which are <br /> categorically exempt under SEPA; <br /> 14. Landscaping modification as provided by Section 19.35.070; <br /> 15. Nonconforming use—continuation, alteration, modification as provided by Section <br /> 19.38.030(A); <br /> 16. Nonconforming structure—alteration or expansion as provided by Section 19.38.040(A); <br /> 17. Outdoor use, activity, and storage for established use; <br /> 18.
