RESOLUTION NO. 6734 <br /> A RESOLUTION concerning the Public Works Board 2016 Construction Loan <br /> Application <br /> Whereas, the City of Everett is pursuing a Public Works Board 2016 Construction loan; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, the repayment of the Public Works Board 2016 Construction loan funding <br /> requires adequate revenue to meet debt service; and <br /> Whereas, if the loan application is successful and a loan agreement is reached; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that the governing body agrees to maintain adequate revenue streams <br /> sufficient to provide funds to pay all system operating expenses and debt repayments <br /> during the term of the loan. <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 7th day of May, 2014. <br /> .....e'/// VAsAit...10/ <br /> Counci por t <br /> r <br />
