Section 9.7. Amendments. <br /> This Agreement shall not be amended except to cure any ambiguity or formal defect or <br /> omission in this Agreement. No amendment shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing <br /> and signed by the parties thereto. No such amendment shall adversely affect the rights of the <br /> holders of the Refunded Bonds. No such amendment shall be made without first receiving <br /> written confirmation from the rating agencies, (if any) which have rated the Refunded Bonds that <br /> such administrative changes will not result in a withdrawal or reduction of its rating then <br /> assigned to the Refunded Bonds.
