Provide Structural plans for the proposed deck off of the master bedroom, <br />including footings, post/footing connection, post/beam, guard rail construction <br />and height. <br />13 <br />14. <br />15 <br />The framing for the deck has been added to the structural plans on sheet S2. 0. <br />Additional details for the supports and their connections have been referenced <br />and added to sheets S3.0 and S4.1 as appropriate. <br />Provide sections/details for posts and pads in crawl space added without permits. <br />Show lateral and seismic connections. <br />New defails 2 and 13 have been added to S3.0 to show the recommended <br />seismic upgrade connections at the existing posts and footings. <br />Provide roof framing plan. Show how 3'-0" overhang at addition is supported. <br />Provicie Attic ventilation caleulation. <br />Refer to sheet S2.1 for the roof framing plan, and fhe original structural <br />calculations for member designs. The 36" eave is to be framed per detail 2/S4.1 <br />as referenced on the roof plan. Refer to the architectural plans for the venting <br />information. <br />Provide details knee brace construction and attachment. <br />The knee brace connection detail has been added to sheet A 103.
