f'�.kf�y�l��� <br /> sitilillille' <br /> vicirli <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6738 <br /> A RESOLUTION surplusing timber and authorizing the City Clerk to begin <br /> advertising the Uneven Cub Timber Sale #124-9 and call for bids for this timber <br /> sale, as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. <br /> WHEREAS, under the Lake Chaplain Tract Land Management Off-License Agreement between <br /> the Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, Washington Department of Fish and <br /> Wildlife and the City of Everett, the City was required to develop the Lake Chaplain Tract <br /> Wildlife Habitat Management Plan(LCT-WHMP); and <br /> WHEREAS, the required LCT-WHMP, in consultation with the Public Utility District No. 1 of <br /> Snohomish County and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, was completed March <br /> 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1741-90 establishing the procedures for selling timber was <br /> approved on October 10, 1990; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the timber in the Uneven Cub Timber Sale #124-9 as described in the Notice of <br /> Timber Sale is declared surplus and the City Clerk is authorized to advertise a call for bids on the <br /> Uneven Cub Timber Sale #124-9 as required in Ordinance No. 1741-90. <br /> ` L-27 (I3 <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this 2 l s tday of May , 2014 <br /> 404 p FA w <br /> Couy4 /e <br /> ' si.ent <br />
