Project: Broadway Bridge Replacement <br /> Change Order No.7 <br /> Change Order Effective Date: April 25, 2016 <br /> CONTRACTOR <br /> By CLIAl Date: 7 (C //6 <br /> Officer / <br /> Exhibit A - Description of Changed Work <br /> This change order# 7 deletes one (1) existing bid item in Schedule "B" and adds one (1) new bid item <br /> to Schedule "B", as shown below. <br /> Deleted Bid Item <br /> Bid Item#B53—Irrigation System. Delete existing bid item# B53 entitled, "Irrigation System" at <br /> the Contract lump sum price of$16,700.00, resulting in a$16,700 decrease to the Contract price. <br /> Added Bid Item <br /> Bid Item #B97—Equitable Adjustment to Irrigation System. Add new bid item#B97 entitled, <br /> "Equitable Adjustment to Irrigation System" at the agreed to lump sum price of$5,845.00, resulting in <br /> a$5,845.00 increase to the Contract price. <br /> JUSTIFICATION <br /> Bid Item #B53—Irrigation System. This bid item is being deleted because a new irrigation system <br /> was not shown on the plans and the Contractor did not install a new irrigation system. <br /> Bid Item #B97—Equitable Adjustment to Irrigation System. This bid item is being added to <br /> compensate the Contractor for the related irrigation work completed, such as removing the planters <br /> from the existing irrigation system, protecting the existing irrigation system during construction, and <br /> reconnecting the planters to the existing irrigation system, and all other work as shown on the plans. <br /> This Change Order# 7 results in a contract decrease of$10,855.00. <br /> Contract Time <br /> No changes to contract time as a result of Change Order# 7 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
