Kirk Brooks
From:
Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject:

Sewer at Test
Wells.doc
Dirk,
Kirk Brooks
Wednesday, November 24, 2004 4:23 PM
'Fieldcamp, Dirk H'
Paul Crane; Mark Sadler; Dennis Gabelman
RE: Test wells
  d `5
CO y e
0 D-nr ll/Z¢0
We will add these two new wells to your existing permit as we discussed. The location as
shown on your drawing and noted on this email are acceptable. However, we do have our 24"
concrete sewer main that runs in the vicinity of where the new wells will be installed. I
have attached a drawing that shows approximately where the sewer is located. Be sure that
the underground location service gets called so it can be marked out before they begin.
The wells should be at least 10 feet away from the sewer main. Additional, Please use BMPs
when working next to the stream to avoid getting any dirt or silt into the stream. A silt
fence or straw-bale dam will likely prove adequate. Please let me know if there is
anything else I can help with.
Kirk
-----Original Message-----
From: Fieldcamp, Dirk H [mailto:dirk.h.fieldcamp@boeing.com]
Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2004 10:17 AM
To: kbrooks@ci.everett.wa.us
Subject: Test wells
Kirk,
The two test wells we intend to install are about 20 feet away from the
stream and they will be installed sometime the week of Dec. 13.
Hopefully, that works for you. Let me know if you have any issues or
concerns with this. Thanks for your flexibiblity and support. Have a
great Thanksgiving.
Dirk H. Fieldcamp Jr.
Dirk H.
