Please review and respond to the commenfs <br /> below. Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals must bc <br /> of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in compliance <br /> with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for revisions. <br /> Strudural <br /> 1. Please provide the weight of all new signs (including individual letters) submitted for permit. <br /> 2. For new projecting signs, ple:,se provide stamped engineering calculations by a Washington State <br /> Licensed engineer and stamped drawings detailing how the sign vaiil be supported co resist forces from <br /> wind, graviry and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. <br /> 3. For new wall signs, please provide section details and notes that identify type of sign attachment, <br /> induding length and size, the overall number of attachments, and dimensioned depth of the <br /> attachment into the s�ecific Npe of wall construdion that will be supporting thr sign. Please i�idude <br /> sion elevations indicating the location of attachme^rs on the sign (or individua( letters). <br /> Upon resubmittal of the drewings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All <br /> required submiltals shall be of sufflcient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed <br /> strucWre will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. All codes cited refer to the 2012 <br /> International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 Intemational Fire Code (IFC), as amended by the State of <br /> Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is <br /> the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and <br /> stendards may be more restrictive. These comments address building issues only.
