<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:

<br /> That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the 1969 Extraordinary Session, the budget
<br /> for the year 2003 now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Everett is
