,11111111 ORDINANCE NO. 2671-02 AN ORDINANCE approving the non-salary items of compensation for elected municipal court judges and amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1594-89 (EMC 2.74.090). THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1594-89 (EMC 2.74.090) which reads as follows: Section 4: The Mayor of the City of Everett shall be granted all items of non-salary compensation granted to appointive officers as specified in Sections 2.74.010 through 2.74.050 of this chapter. (Ord. 1594-89 § 4, 1989) is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 4: The Mayor of the City of Everett and the Municipal Court Judges shall be granted all items of non-salary compensation granted to Department Directors and Program Directors as specified in Sections 2.74.010 through 2.74.050 of this chapter. Section 2: Severability The City Council hereby declares that should any section,paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
