An Erosion Control Plan for th� retAining wall, signal hut� and signal faundations <br />must be submitted to and apprnvecl by the Public Works Department prior to <br />cans�ruction. The Plan must include measures to prevent erusion during <br />construction af the signal hut and appurtenant structures. Provisions must also be <br />made for soil stabilizatian �nd/or re-vegetation .of disturbed sail. <br />2. In the event that th� retaining wa11 on the esst side af !he proposed signal hut is <br />greater than four feet, � building permit must be obtained �xom the City. <br />3. The proposal must cornply wit� the regulations of the City`s I�oise Ordinance. <br />4. The proposal musk also comply with all other Ciry Codes and Ordinances nat <br />specifically set forth herein. <br />S. Construction or suhstantial progress toward constxuction to this proj�ct must be <br />undertaken within twa years after final apprc�val of the permit and completed <br />within five years. , If the project has nat been completed in this dme span, the <br />permit will be reviewed by the Planning Department who will either extend the <br />permit for one year or terminate the permit. <br />6. If any possible �u'cheological data is uncovered during the excavation or <br />development of this p�raject, the Applicant must natify ihe City af Everett <br />Pla�ning Department immediatety at 259-$731. Failure to comply with this <br />candition shalf be considered a viot�don of the Shoreline �'ermit. <br />3�3 <br />
