2.3. This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon the undersigned Owner(s) <br />and their respective successars and assigns; and <br />2.4. This Covenant shall not be modified or terminated without the express written <br />consent ol the City of Everett Director of Planning and Community Development; and <br />2.5. The City of Everett Dii•ector of Planning and Community Development or his/her <br />designee is granted the right to enter onto the Property at all reasonable times to inspect <br />the Property to determine its coinpliance with the provisions of this Covenant. Provided, <br />however, this is not a grant of access to said property for the general public.
