Show all structures on the <br />property on the site plan. <br />15. If the carport is supported by the existing dwelling, the permit application is required to <br />include any/all work to be done to the carport. <br />16. Specify tempered safety giass in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 IRC. <br />Show on plans. <br />17. Provide seismic straps and pressure relief valve to exterior for water heater, show <br />requirements on plans. <br />18. Vent dryer to the exterior. <br />19. Provide Carbon Monoxide alarms on each floor level. Install per manufacturers <br />specifications and section R315 IRC. Show on plans. <br />20.
