May 21, 2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD —WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT "0" <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to award contract for the construction of the Water Main <br /> Replacement "0" project to B&L Utility, Inc. in the amount of <br /> $672,257.04 which includes Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — FIRE ADMINISTRATION COMPLEX— <br /> BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the <br /> professional services agreement with CNJA Architects for the Fire <br /> Administration Complex — Building Improvement project in the <br /> amount of$5,904.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> EASEMENT — FORESTRY AND WATERSHED MANAGEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign easement exchange between <br /> the city of Everett and the Washington State Department of Natural <br /> Resources to facilitate forestry and watershed management. <br /> 134 <br />
