May 28, 2014 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., May 28, 2014, in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall, President Moore presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, <br /> Gipson, Bader, and Anderson were present.
