The house has several code violations that includes but may not be limited to the following. <br />1. Additions have been constructed without permits. <br />2. Deteriorated conditions of several elements of the house including Decks, Stairways, Roof areas and walls. <br />3. The exterior Areas of the property are littered with debris and overgrown vegetation. <br />4. The deteriorated conditions present life safety hazards to the occupants and any visitors. <br />Contact was made with the owner of the property explaining our concerns. We have posted the property with an <br />Unlawful Structure Placard . <br />Based on our observations and our reception by the owner I thought it best to contact you ASAP.
