The amendments will not create pressure tachanp the designations of other properties in <br /> the vicinity_ <br /> 5_ The proposal tears a substantial relation to public health,safety or wifare_ <br /> 6. The Shoreline Master Program designation <br /> for that portion of the West Half of the NW Quarter of Section 15,Township 29 North,Range 5 <br /> Eask W.M.lying st of the°retina:Ey high water mark of Union Slough anti shown on Exhibit <br /> -A"attached hereto and incorporated herein by referoace is Resource Environment,and the <br /> Shoreline Master Program designation for that portion of the West Half of the NW Quart . of <br /> Section 15,Township N North,Range 5 East,W_M lying east of the ordinary high water mark <br /> of Union Slough to the mid-channel of Union Slough and shown on Exhibit-A"attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference is Aquatic Environment,until such.time as the City updates <br /> the Shoreline Master Program <br /> Section 3: Severability.
