The purpose for the requested Comprehensive Plan land use map amendment is to expand the City of Everett's Urban Growth Area,which woold allow the City to join the subject property to the inner restoration f mitigation areas associated witli it which are currently lathe City,and thereby place the subject expansion area under peonitting control of Everett.
