It also <br /> clarifies noise control enforcement and variance procedures,including the authority of the noise control <br /> administrator, code enforcement, and police officers. <br /> The current draft of this proposed ordinance has been approved by the Department of Ecology to ensure that it <br /> meets state law requirements.All changes to the proposed ordinance will need to be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Department of Ecology prior to enactment(approximately 60 days). <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance Relating to Noise,Amending Ordinance 534-78 as Amended.(Chapter 20.08 EMC) and <br /> Repealing Sections Under Section 16. <br /> 57 <br />
