Environmental sound—Modifications to maximum permissible noise levels. <br /> The maximum permissible noise sound levels established by this section ordinance <br /> shall be modified, reduced or increased as follows: <br /> A. Between the hours of 10:00ten p.m. and 7:00seven a.m. during weekdays, and <br /> between the hours of 10:00ten p.m. and 9:00nine a.m. on weekends, the levels <br /> established in Section 3(b) of this ordinance are reduced by 10 ten dB(A) where <br /> the receiving property lies within District I of the City of Everett. <br /> B. At any hour of the day or night, for any source of sound which is of short <br /> duration, the levels established by this chapter ordinance are increased by: <br /> 1. 5-Five dB(A) for a total of 15 fifteen minutes in any one-hour period; <br /> or <br /> 2. 10 Ten dB(A) for a total of 5-five minutes in any one-hour period; or <br /> 13 3. 15 Fifteen dB(A) for a total of 1.5 minutes in any one-hour period. <br /> which establishes a car-rection factor for se ces$f sound which cannot <br /> - - - - - " - - -e -• .
