• <br /> 5 <br /> from temporary construction sites is exempt or partially exempt from the <br /> provisions of this chapter except between the hours of ten p.m. and seven <br /> a.m. on weekdays and six p.m. and eight a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and <br /> state recognized holidays if the receiving property is located within District <br /> I of the city; <br /> 4. Noise emanating from marine-oriented construction sites except between <br /> the hours of ten p.m. and seven a.m. on weekdays and weekends if the <br /> receiving property is located in District I of the city; <br /> 5. Noise created by aircraft-engine testing and maintenance not related to <br /> flight operations, except between the hours of ten p.m. and seven a.m.; <br /> 6. Noise originating from motor vehicle racing events at existing authorized <br /> facilities. <br /> C.
