This letter serves as your Notice of Award for the 34T Alternate 1 for a total <br /> of$000,000.00 plus WSST. <br /> Attached are two original sets of the contract forms for your signature. Please sign and return <br /> ' both sets to me within 10 days from the date you receive them for review and signature by the <br /> City. One executed original will be returned to you for your records. You will also need to <br /> furnish a performance bond, evidence of insurance, Dept. of L&I Statements of Intent to Pay <br /> ' Prevailing Wages, and a copy of your City of Everett Business License in conformance with the <br /> contract requirements. Once the contract, performance bond, insurance documents, <br /> Statements of Intent, and business license number have been received and your contract <br /> approved and signed by the City, we will be prepared to schedule the pre-construction <br /> conference and issue Notice to Proceed.
